Shipping Policy
Everything is poured, labelled and packed by hand in Marietta, Georgia. This page explains how long that takes and what it costs.
The 4pm cutoff
Order by 4pm on a business day and the clock starts the next business day. Order after 4pm and it is treated as the following day’s order.
Our current turnaround is 1–2 business days, counted from that start day.

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Weekends do not count toward turnaround.
Shipping cost
Rates are calculated live at checkout from USPS and UPS using the real weight and your address — we do not add a handling fee on top.
- Free shipping on orders over $150.
- Below that, you choose from the live USPS and UPS options at checkout.
- Wax and 1 gallon bases are excluded from free shipping. Bases in 8, 16 and 32 oz ship on the same terms as everything else. The excluded items are heavy enough that no flat rate works — a 45 lb case costs upwards of $22 to move even inside Georgia. They carry their own weight-based rates.
How long delivery takes
Transit time is on top of turnaround and depends on the service you pick. From Marietta, UPS Ground reaches most of the Southeast and Mid-Atlantic in 1–2 days — including Atlanta, Nashville, Charlotte, Jacksonville, Memphis, Louisville, Richmond, St Louis and Washington DC. Further west takes longer.
Collecting instead
Local pickup from our Marietta workshop is free on every order, wax included. See the local pickup page for how it works.
Tracking
You will get a tracking number by email as soon as your order is handed to the carrier. If it has not arrived within a day of that email, check your spam folder before getting in touch.
