Every order can be collected from our workshop in Marietta — free, with no shipping to pay and nothing to work out at checkout. Choose Pick up as your delivery method and we will take care of the rest.

We are a working studio rather than a shopfront, so please come during the hours below and bring your order confirmation.
When you get here
1. Arrive
Head to 1685 Terrell Mill Rd SE. Suite 103 is part of the building at the rear, not the main entrance.
2. Drive around back
Follow the drive around to the back of the building and park in any of the rear spaces.
3. Text us
Send us a text and we will bring your order straight out to you. No need to come inside.
The number to text is in your ready email.
Before you set off
- Order online and select Pick up at checkout. No shipping charge is added.
- Wait for the ready email. Orders are usually ready in 2–3 days. We pour and label to order, so please do not travel before that email arrives.
- Bring your order confirmation — on your phone is fine.
Collection hours
Monday to Friday, 10am – 4pm. If you need a time outside these hours, reply to your ready email and we will usually be able to arrange it.
Collecting for someone else
That is fine. Forward them the confirmation email and let us know the name of whoever is collecting, either by replying to the confirmation or when you arrive.
Why pick up is worth it
On small orders it saves you the postage. On wax and bases it saves a great deal more — a 45 lb case costs upwards of $22 to ship even within Georgia, and far more further out. Collecting removes that entirely, which is why most of our wax goes out of the door by hand.
How long we hold an order
We hold collections for 14 days from the ready email. If you need longer, just tell us — we would rather keep it on the shelf than have it go back into stock.
